Now that the engagement weekend is over i can focus on finishing the Ironman CDA. the only thing that will finish end my training at this point is an injury. Any more breaks from here on out means i won't be competing at Coeur D'Alene. I will either be prepared or I won't go. There are a ton of excuses not to do it. there are plenty of rationalizations for not going or putting it off. but one thing i can say. If i don't do it now i will never do it and i will never forgive myself for quitting for anything other than injury or illness. so let the 9 weeks of fun begin. Yes only 9 weeks to go!!!

Congrats on the engagement. Let me know if you need a place to stay in CDA. I have an extra room or two. Get to your training because it is only 8 weeks away and 2-3 of that will be resting.
