happy november everybody...

i haven't been that on top of the blog game lately cuz there really hasn't been anything of note to report. however dominator is getting tired of having to buy clothes from the biggun tall websites. i just bought the largest waist size ever!!! to embarassed to say. no i'm not 50"!!! geez. anyways, getting traction eating the right foods is the hardest it has ever been. i just like food too much right now. it makes me feel good and it's hard not to eat to feel good.

i thought going on this workout streak would help. and it has because it at least it tapped the break on me reaching 400 lbs. but i mean DAMN 50" waist? you kiddin' me? i found a private chef service for 500 a month and i think that will be the key if i don't come up with something over the holidays. i mean a full meal with of parmigiana tilapia, brown rice, broccoli with butter sauce at 400 calories? and all you have to do is pop it in the oven when you get home? NO BRAINER... but 500 is steep. anyways just lettin' you know ya boyz gotta plan!

streak still alive but interest is almost 0. i will be more proud of the scale dropping.

bad blogger...

for all those still wit me. hang on it'll get good once a get in a good rhythm. i mean dang my back blew out, i got a cold and had to take work home with me for the last 5 weeks.

but... THE STREAK IS STILL ALIVE BABY... if you look on the calendar you'll see "train" that just means weights at home. if you've followed me on FB you'll know i bought some of those selecttech dumbbells. the best .4 kilo bucks i ever spent. they are awesome cuz in just a few clicks u have a totally different weight.

rode and did some weights today but the back wasn't feeling up to too much so i shortened the ride. the earths gravitational pull on my body is increasing so i really need to get my diet under control. i just lack discipline. i'm trying some new things to get motivated so stay tuned...

quick status message...

well, i'm going to try and be better but i don't want to bore you guys. basically my diet is (always has been) the problem. the streak is still going. i had to do some walking around the corner on the days with the bad fever and hurt back but i got outta bed strapped on the Polar and got to steppin'. those days are represented as "yard work" because i don't have a "walking" item (nor do i plan on making one). no offense but "walking" is for old or sick or disabled people so i don't plan on making it a habit. i'm turning the corner on the sickness so when the weather permits i'll hit the road.

rain, rain, and mo rain...

i am sooo done with all this rain. you agree nizzy? at least you and stace swim. all i want to do is ride. well, i am trying some new things in the diet to help get the weight off. i'll let you know if it succeeds or fails to early to report right now.

i get depressed when i don't get sunlight so this entire week of rain and darkness is wearing on me. happy to report back is getting much better and the streak is still going. one day i had to drop down to 15 mins at the gym but i figure that's ok. there are NO blank spots on the calendar and that to me is a good thing. i can't believe i've doing this for 3 months now. that's a quarter of a year? at this point i don't think about it. i just know i have to ride or go to the gym every day. it simplifies things when you know you just go no matter what. it's like going to work or eating lunch at this point.

people that know me know i am NOT tooting my own horn. i just state what's going on. my goal is to be under 3 bills by year end and if i keep going it looks totally doable. i don't know how or when i will end the workout streak but just know when i started i told myself go until i can't. NOT go until i don't feel like it. so i'm happy the back injury that cause me to go to the doctor and miss work didn't stop me from walking on the treadmill. i'm trying guys and this is not easy but i didn't get this way overnight and i won't get back in a day either. thanks for staying tuned in.

called in and slept all day but decided NOT to end the streak and do some treadmill walkin' to get the blood flowing to the lower back. so i'm out of sick days so the next one will most likely come out of the pocket. that's ok. i can't work or do anything if i can't think cuz of pain. i'm taking some meds to help relax the muscles and reduce swelling. bottom line THE STREAK IS ALIVE.

back is killing me...

so i was picking up Griffen and moved suddenly and tweeked my back. i went for a ride anyways and it didn't feel that bad but it got MUCH worse this morning. i could hardly roll out of bed. i think its a muscle pull but it kinda feels like a sports hernia. it feels like the top and bottom half of me is coming apart. i've got some leftover pain meds that i'm on just trying to relax. but i KNOW i'm going to head to the gym and get my workout in no matter.

i have a streak of over 2 months going and i don't want it to end now. go until i can't was the rule. so i will show up to the gym and if i can't do the eliptical the streak will end. praying it won't but stay tuned.

climbin' the hill...

well, lets see. i have been experimenting with putting aero bars on the moots compact (road bike) but this isn't working out as i'd hoped. there are 3 pressure points on your body when you ride. your feet, hands and seat. new shoes has fixed the feet problem on both bikes, the arione tri seat has fixed the a55 problem on both bikes. now i have the major problem of my hands. on the moots ybb i have ergon grips that even against my intial protesting seem to work quite well. thanks clarence. but at over 300 i am putting a lot of pressure on my hands. imagine holding a pushup holding onto the pointy end of a broomstick. and that's how bad my hands hurt after 30 minutes.

that's why i'm trying the aero bar experiment. more on this later. but for now i am celebrating me climbing Ascension Hill for the 3rd straight time. before tuesday i was walking up it but my legs have gotten strong enough to climb it. it has taken over two months of working out EVERYDAY to get my legs strong enough to do this. so this is a MAJOR accomplishment for me. yay me!!!

but that being said my diet has taken a turn for the worst. i will be addressing that this week by purchasing some tasty healthy food at da sto'. stay tuned.

omg, can you say whale...

i'm keeping up the workouts but my diet is getting outta hand. the last 3 days it's been buffet style at the house. i just stopped short of putting up a Golden Corral sign in the yard. tonight i have no idea what i'll have but it won't be good for me. i'm letting my body rebel this week and i will hit it hard next week. the elliptical workouts are still fairly easy for me to keep doing and the gym in the evenings has plenty o' cute "scenery" to look at.

one major milestone is my fat 300+ a55 climbed Ascension Hill for the first time since being over 300. that means my legs and heart are getting stronger. now if i can just push the dinner plate back.
