years ago something very memorable happened. actually it was several memorable things happened on this day that made it my favorite day of the ENTIRE year in Texas. I won't share what happened but just know it was all innocent and good things. I remember the smell in the air the music on the radio who i spent time with that day and especially how i felt about myself and about life. when i imagine being at total peace with myself and where i'm going in life i think about that day.
it's so funny how life can be broken into a series of defining and memorable days. much like the day i got accepted to Penn i remember 4/14 like it was...Today...
what i like about being in Texas on this day is that the fresh smells, sights and sounds of spring always take me back to how it was that day.
