For the last 3 years i have ridden the ms 150 with team global electronics. they are a great group o guys. if you see a large group of asian cyclists riding on a saturday morning at the airport chances are that's them. i was supposed ride with them today but i had a feeling they wouldn't ride the 50 mile route. unfortuately i don't have time to ride less than 3 hours on the weekends. also i can't take rest breaks while on those rides. that being said i rode the fiddy and they rode the thirdy. I ain't hatin' i just had to get my milz N.
i was going to run for thirty minutes after the ride but i had plans with my baby girl (calisa) so i wanted to get back. besides the achilles was not feelin' that great.
perfect time for me to mention the green links you see appearing at the bottom of each post. well it's that time of year where i have to raise money to ride in the ms 150. i have to raise at least 300 so please readers, any donation of any size will help. keep in mind the donation is tax deductible.
