I haven't done anything the last 2 days and i called in sick today because my stomach has been bothering me. with 2 months to go i am not feeling good about my chances to finish. this weekend i am going away with calisa so no training will be going on. I will start going to masters swimming next week when i get back or will quit on the ironman all together. either way i will be riding in the ms 150 and NOONE has donated.
