I did what i said i would. i did everything but the noon snack. i just wasn't hungry for it all. but i think as i start cutting the junk out of my diet i will be apt to eat on a schedule. no sugar except for coffee yesterday wasn't as easy i thought. mostly due to me not noticing how much i was eating/drinking everyday. i think i was up to 4 sodas 2 juices and 2 desserts a day. so i took all those away.
i am losing enthusiasm for waking up and getting to it. this is expected. the great thing about ttnw is there is no room for feelings. you wake up and start checking things off of a list and go to bed. feelings is what got me here in the first place.
