well it did what i said yesterday. ate breakfast and rode the trainer. the only real note of significance is that i turned up the resistance on the trainer.
i am thinking i will start adding in some resistance training every day starting today. i will start out at 6 normal pushups and increase by 1 everyday after i get off of the trainer. lets see how this goes. i'll let you know tomorrow.
