well, i skipped the breakfast cuz i got to work about the time i was supposed to eat. but i did the snack and the workouts. the 10 mins on the trainer EVERYDAY has turned out to be a good thing. i mean my butt can't sit on the pot for too long without pain but... my workouts are getting more intense. hopefully i will make it up ascension hill next time i hit it.
i just have to keep it up. but waking up sore and tired every morning isn't easy but waking up sore and tired FOR NO REASON was worse. (this is psyching myself up) 30 pushups, 24 crunches, 10 mins on trainer, breakfast and snack. simple enough.
