Fatigue Setting In...

dominator is down. i mean emotionally and physically. fatigued more than anything. i think it's because i let myself look beyond next week and things just got overwhelming. let that be a lesson to me. NEVER do that. just keep your head down and think about the next thing you have to do.

i'm trying to muster the energy to do my crunches and pushups in the morning. this is not easy. but one thing that is NOT allowed is MOVING around a workout because you're too lazy to do it right then and there. the only way to be a success is to do what you're supposed to when you're supposed to. you guessed it (this is me psyching myself up)

Today: 28 crunches/30 pushups/10am breakfast/noon snack/10 on the trainer
