hey you guys. i woke up to find out i was wrong on the super bowl prediction. i straight up passed out 8pm. and didn't really care enough at that point to make myself stay up. so wtg steelers for winning a close one. they maybe the first to 6 but my cowboys can be the first to 7 or 8. just get rid of the distractions... just 86 TO.
well i did do 10 mins on the trainer during the start of the game. it was a very uncomfortable 10 and my heart rate was still kinda high. so this week it's all about the breakfast. egg mcmuffin at 10am every day and 10 mins on the trainer when i get home. this is to force myself into the disipline of eating breakfast. this is so important that this will be my focus for the month. i will try to substitute something homemade for breakfast each week leading up to no fast food. i will stick with the 10 min on the trainer EVERY day to keep up the discipline of working out everyday. i will increase and substitute when i feel like i have to. anyways that's the plan. lets see how i do. btw the scale said 319.2 today. i know its not real weight but still that is the official new high!!! this is just more fuel!!!
6 more weeks of winter in TX never means squat so whatever mr. groundhog sees today it won't affect us much.
