pain every day...

ok, its getting really hard to do cardio. if i do the elliptical i will have to wear compression shorts and vaseline up. tmi i know. but i did ride yesterday for 12 miles and my saddle sores are almost unbearable. that's why i take 2 days of rest between rides.

yet more motivation to diet right.

no lbs lost yet...

been switching over to clean burning fuel for the last three weeks and still no results. i counted the cals and i'm taking in 25% less cals than i was before and some days i'm 50% less. not really noticing a change in inches yet either. there is only ray of hope.

my energy. my energy is more up than it was 3 weeks ago for sure. every third day i do weights and every third day i try to ride outside. the days in between that i am not doing either i ride the trainer. here's the bottom line: i will not give up this time no matter what!!!

omg me arse is sore...

ok, so went for a mountain bike cruise after work yesterday. basically i'm so fat that one look in the mirror causes me to head for a workout. i'll be doing upper body on lunch today.

how bad does the arse hurt? hard to go pot but at least it's sore and not chaffed. i have a strategy to fix the friction issue that seems to be working. more to come. stay tuned.

i'm chafed up... (in akon voice)

ok, so i decided not to ride the bike so i heal the nether regions. instead i went to 24 and did the elliptical for 20 mins. too much friction. so i think next time i will do some time on the stair climber just to burn the leg muscles a bit. on the slate today is just 10 mins on the trainer after work. my upper body is still weak from the workout on monday so i will just rest.

rode before work, YEAH...

ok, i figured it out. the saddle sores are coming from fat and pulling and not from friction. nuff said. i tuffed it out and rode this morning despite the pain. it's only 30 minutes but its a start. lets see where it goes from here.

difficulty putting on shoes...

well it's time to get real. i never thought i'd get so fat and outta shape that i would have a hard time putting on shoes and socks. but, that's where i am right now. let's just say dominator isn't even dominating putting on shoes. this is just fuel to the fire. i am changing my eating habits and i am on a strict ride the trainer everyday kick. this i feel will help me stay on the path. more to come.

wow it's been a while...

i haven't really had much to blog about. and i try not to bore you guys with meaningless drivle. to catch you up my basic plan is to work out at lunch and ride the trainer when i get home from work. i refuse to buy bigger drawz. when i get a good rhythm going i'll blog more for sure.

in all seriousness, i am trying to find that fine line of working hard but not TOO hard. in addition to that throwing around another 100lbs or so lbs is good either. i am on the road let just hope there are no steps backward.

happy 1st birthday griffen...

so i've been making an effort heading to the gym and putting in about 15 mins. why so short? because that's about how much time i have to put in work at lunch time. you see, i'm trying to get into a rhythm and nothing will mess that up more than getting ahead of myself. i think next week i will add in riding the trainer everyday for 10 minutes.


right now my goal is consistancy. tomorrow i will head in to do some chest and arm work followed by legs the next day. thats it for now. let me leave you with "nothing worth doing is easy"
