ok, so i decided not to ride the bike so i heal the nether regions. instead i went to 24 and did the elliptical for 20 mins. too much friction. so i think next time i will do some time on the stair climber just to burn the leg muscles a bit. on the slate today is just 10 mins on the trainer after work. my upper body is still weak from the workout on monday so i will just rest.
