happy 1st birthday griffen...

so i've been making an effort heading to the gym and putting in about 15 mins. why so short? because that's about how much time i have to put in work at lunch time. you see, i'm trying to get into a rhythm and nothing will mess that up more than getting ahead of myself. i think next week i will add in riding the trainer everyday for 10 minutes.


right now my goal is consistancy. tomorrow i will head in to do some chest and arm work followed by legs the next day. thats it for now. let me leave you with "nothing worth doing is easy"
