i ended my streak yesterday on purpose. i need the rest PLUS i wasn't proud of some of the days "workouts" 10mins of weight training although intense wasn't what i had in mind. besides the most important thing for me was self esteem and losing weight. both took a nose dive last month and i got some life changing news monday that i have had a hard time dealing with.
i am busy trying to get my website out but afterwards i will have to refocus on cooking for myself and working out. when i say cook for myself i don't mean healthy starting off just NOT fast food. if i cook bad food at least i'm cooking. i am working on a grocery list and meals. if you know of any good websites let me know.
personal chef at 15 meals a week at 500/month plus groceries is too much. so this is my plan b.
