concentrating on food...

decided not to concentrate on working out and on diet. so here are the rules:

nothing fried
no sugary drinks (minus coffee)

that's it. simple huh? going to try this and see where it goes.

I use a splash of skim milk, a couple Splendas, and some cinammon in my coffee. The cinammon is a new found treat.
