this will be the last post until i start back working. but needed to state i am down 15 lbs from my all time high on 8/3 of 365. i wanted to keep this to myself but that nasty comment someone made the other day prompted me to share. one note to the person that made the comment. i have ip tracking turned on and i know where you were when you made that post. and i have a VERY good idea who you are. so LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE you little shit.
to everyone else i thank you for being so supportive of me. i love you guys i and i love that you encourage me to continue sharing.
