i'm trying to tell myself to just shut up and ride these days.
knee update: still swolen. it just stays swollen the whole day morning noon and night and there is pain in there morning noon and night. however, i'm just telling myself to shut up and ride. why? because i have noticed i have more energy than i did before and my knee is stronger and feels more stable. At the end of the day my feet don't throb as much and the other knee is feeling good enough for me to occasionally walk down the steps on it.
none of these things were happening until i started riding. the swelling is still about the same level it was a month ago but it's not bothering me as much. i am positive that the sweating, increased heart rate and bloodflow and continuous motion of the bike is helping out. besides it has to be better than just laying in bed all day.
