well basically my knee is frustrating me. but i think it's a good thing. why? some days i wake up and it feels perfect. other days i wake up and it's all swole. no rhyme or reason for it. i mean if it had something to do with me working out or rehab then that would make sense. as a programmer and engineer i am a disciplined pattern watcher. and there is no discernible pattern here.
on the poz. that means my knee is doing better cuz a few weeks ago i didn't feel good at all. i will keep doing my bed hangs, which i slipped on the last few days. my next docs visit is next month and that's the one where he'll let me know if i can ride outside. the good thing is that's labor day weekend. if he says yes then i'm all good. in the meantime i've strayed from doing any swimming or spin class cuz i don't wont to aggravate my knee. anyone who knows me knows i have a HARD time setting limits. i have no doubt i would push it too hard if started.
one more thing. the MS 150 is in 2 weeks and right now MS is an incurable disease. i stopped participating due to injury but probably won't do anymore "raise money for X" events because i really don't care to raise money. kinda funny i started a website dedicated to that :^D but i don't like asking people for money. the point is if you know someone who IS riding and they ask you you should give cuz it's a good cause.
