so here is the dilemma i do over-the-bed hangs to straighten my leg. it is an exercise that is used to gain full extension in the knee. i have found it is the only thing that works with my past surgeries. the downside is that after about an hour your knee hurts like a mutha. if it hurts, btw, that means you need to keep doing it. your knee shouldn't hurt going through it's normal range of motions.
the paradox is that your knee to warm to get the best stretch yet it swells after a good stretch and you want to ice it to get rid of swelling. so i have been trying to do the stretch then a couple of hours later do the ice. doesn't always workout that way but this is where i am right now. one more thing i am noticing...the scale is increasing. no surprise. you mean cadbury cream eggs and chili cheese coneys not a nutritious dinner make? :^D i will work on that as soon as i am able to work out with no swelling.
