woke up in pretty bad pain this morning. why? i didn't ice after work yesterday thinking i could skip it. answer: NO! so guess what i'm doing right now while writing this? ice. well i'm back taking tramadol which is not as bad as vicodin but i'd rather not take anything. it seems pt and work aggravates my knee where it starts swelling. swelling = pain.
this morning it felt like my knee had a fever!!! i decided i won't start swimming until it no longer swells after activity. just the smart thing. so until then i will continue eating crap cuz the only thing that stops me is working out. don't worry, i'm not. everything is gonna be alright. now lets hope the doc sees everything where it should be tomorrow...
