first time since 5/08 i swam laps. a bit outta practice but i gotta start somewhere. my knee still has water in it. i don't want to go to the ortho but from reading online taking advil and aleve for a week should reduce the swelling if it doesn't then it means the ortho needs to have a look. praying i don't have to see him cuz that means mri's and surgery neither of which i want to pay for.
my swim bag was soaked in motor oil after a loose bottle got free in the trunk so i ordered a new one. plan on swimming at lunch cuz if surgery isn't needed on the knee th damage was caused solely from the elliptical. very bummed over knee but thankful there is absolutely no pain.
