ok, the rules are NOTHING deep fried and limit sugary drinks. can't say ALL just cuz any electrolyte beverage (THAT I WILL DRINK) has sugar in it. but other than that coffee. tried the splenda Nizzy but didn't like it. but my coffee consumption is way down. went from 7 cups to only 2 cups a day through lots of withdrawl headaches and sleep. at 50 calories a cup that's 250 cals gone!
i'm eating breakfast everyday now. i have to make myself cuz my stomach doesn't like solid food in the morning. but here's where i found something kinda cool. if i eat a small breakfast like an egg and english muffin, i get a boost of energy that seems to last a while. not as much as coffee but no crash of coffee either.
i will try to keep updating but i'd rather do than talk. once i start making better progress i'll post more.
