i have a severly ingrown toenail that's making it hard to ride and do the elliptical. the saddle sores aren't really healing so i'm thinking about taking a break. i will keep going until i can't. i'm thinking that now may be the time to put some weights in just to keep off of my feet.
might have to go to the doc about the toe but i don't know how they are going fix it. other than anti-bi's i don't what they'll do. do they do surgery for that sort of thing? geez. anyways, it's been a month and a week and i'm still kickin'
