toh'UP... all kinds a toh'UP...

ok, so far day 5 is down so i successfully finished the work week by dragging my fat a55 to the gym every morning first thing. so the dilema now is do i take a rest day? right now the answer is hell no. when i can't drag my fat a55 outta bed in the morning and hit an elliptical for 30 mins that will be my day off. hopefully that will be never. how did i guy go from racing mtn. bikes, riding in rallys and competing in triathlons get to the point where he can't put his socks on without holding his ankle on top of his knee with the off hand!!!
