i can NOW put my socks on WITHOUT holding my ankle. so my flexibility is improving. this is a difference i can see and feel. it may seem like a small thing but it is a quality of life change so it's significant. i don't know if i'll sign up for CDA for next year but i am waiting to see how much i can lose by labor day. if on labor day the loss makes training in january seem feasible i will do it.
