wow, i mean there's blood and everything. not to get too graphic but wow. i did ride the moots ybb and not the mootour compact figuring the extra cushyness would help. and it did. i actually got a good leg workout from it. some highschool jackholes decided to slow down and yell some profane statements about me riding (on the sidewalk?) and toss some liquid at me. thankfully all i heard was the f'word because of the iPod and they weren't professional liquid tossers cuz they missed by a mile.
so other than that... i had i decent ride. i am no where near the shape i need to be in or have the crotch tolerance to take the ybb off road. but as the lbs come off i will. i can tell you that this weekend i will be doing 100 pushups and 200 crunches a day. not all in one sitting but i will get them done because i can't ride and i have to let the nether regions heal. today i plan on doing half of that total after work this way i will be good and total body worked out.
on the lunch front. i have been going to long john silvers everyday. and man let me tell you their new healthy meals are pretty good. where else can you get fast food grilled tilapia and SALMON? my only concern is that i don't want to burn out on it. i don't think so. and breakfast sadly is still coffee and dinner is up in the air. but i am getting closer to all-around better diet. i am preferring the good stuff now so that's a good thing. time to go BACK to bed and dream of a skinnier and faster me.
