Cleansing Weekend...

ok, i tried to get it all out this weekend about the ex. i found out some things that really pissed me off and hurt me. but that was IN THE PAST. i have got to strain forward and not get pulled backwards.

i will come up with the ttnw items next week. the problem i had was including 90 programs in there that were too tough for me to complete and that derailled my efforts. so now with the 10 min trainr dvds the workouts are MUCH simpler only 10 moves for 1 minute each on the 5 categories: abs, cardio, lower body, full body, and yoga) so i can adjust it to my taste. like at least do 1 and then if i feel like it do 4. don't be fooled these aren't powderpuff moves. the full body one got my hr up to 185. 10 minutes of boom, boom, boom can get your hr up in a hurry.

i just have to get my mind right and start committing to things again. i know i will and for me it's like 3 steps forward 2 steps back but i am moving forward.
