Well today i ask my girlfriend calisa to marry me. she said YES!!! so now i guess i have a fiancee. so to say i have been a little distracted these past few weeks would be an understatement. I can tell you that we don't have a date set nor will we for a while. but i can tell you that COMITTING to something and someone can be stressful.
Ok byron or micheal if you read this what day this week would be good to show up for masters??? let me know so we can do the d4mn dizzle!!!

congrat bro on the future marrage -now you have to focus on the ironman if you plan to finish, recall an extra dose of dedication, no more days off. I am out of town all week, check with Byron but I hope to be back this Friday. i will commmit to call our coach and make sure he expects you but you i need a commitment from you that you wont stand me up with him, i know you are running out of time so you need to be in the pool at least 4 days a week between now and IM to be properly prepaired - let me know on the day this week you want to start - Tues and Thurs are best as that is when the smallest crowd it there
remeber if you want to say Ironman its not free or everone would do it
Congrats on your engagement. Good news/bad news. Bad..the pool is closed all this week. Good.. when it reopens next Monday May 5th it will be set up for long course (50m) swimming for one month. See you 6am sharp May 5th. Get focused, IM waits for NO-ONE!!!!!
