Something NEW...

I will be including the link to the pdf workout sheet so you can see what it is i will be doing that week. Every monday i will include a link like so:

Tomorrow is when the schedule starts in earnest. the rest of the week there is a work out every day. the next rest day is monday. tomorrow is a brick and the next day is a ride.
