Spin to Win...

I just got done spinning at the duck and my (reconstructed) knee is killin' me. I can hardly walk without limpin. It might be time for a rest day tomorrow but i will see and try to push it just a little.

I am shooting for a swim/run brick tomorrow. Not much to say tonight.

Here is the crazy triathlete in me that has to respond. If you are already a good cyclist and you know that part will not be the hardest why focus mainly on it? I would think that you might want to focus on the increasing your run because even if you want to do a 7 hour marathon that takes more training than you think after a 112 mile bike ride. As a triathlete most focus on the piece they are best at when we need to make sure we are making the other parts easy. That being said definitely need to bike since it is long longest portion of the day. But do not let it take over everything. Plus we need to talk because you have to figure out the nutrition part and most likely you need to have some HR testign done to know what HR zones you need to stay in to burn more fat compared to carbohydrates. Love this stuff. Talk to you soon!
