I once asked this ex-army ranger at the gym what did he do to stay in shape. his answer was simple. Pushups and runnin'. 100 every morning and 100 every night and 5 miles 4 times a week. Sounds simple enough. He didn't mention his diet at all but i imagine it was healthy. My lungs are still full of crud so i just did some pushups.
thursday is going to be nice so i am planning on breaking the illness sabatical by going for a post work nite ride.
A wise woman once told me that i shouldn't worry about the tri i have in 2 weeks because the training for that one is done already. So far so good on avoiding sweets. My taste buds are craving sugar less which is a good thing. I need to get a handle on the weight thing.
