RUN
I did go to the gym today. I ran 1.37 miles in 20 minutes. My knees and ankles
are quite beat down. but they are getting stronger. i hope to be able to run for an hour straight before the ironman. If any of you have a good run/walk program (melissa???) then please share.
SWIM
i will be starting with a masters group for swimming sometime starting in mid february. so that means i will be waking up at 5am to be at practice at 6am to be at work at 9am. that will make for a long day but... that's the stuff that makes a Dominator. in the meantime i am committing to at least 1 visit to the pool a week.
BIKE
I will be riding the moots this weekend. (yes i do have 2 moots) the road bike is what i'll be on. If i do ride the mountain bike i will call it the YBB on the blog. so when i refer to the Moots it will be the road bike. It's going to be in the 50's-60's this weekend so that will be nice.
