I think i really jacked something up with my back the other day. Right now it hurts just sitting in a chair. On a scale of 1-10 it's about a 3 so it's tolerable but i definately think i should take it easy on the running for a while. That being said i will start including my swim workouts next week.
SWIM
I won't be replacing the runs with swims just adding in the swims where they need to be. tues thursday sunday were swim days before and they seem like good candidates now. i only did 2 swim workouts a week before and i think i will go back to that. one speed day and one endurance day with the third day there as a makeup day.
RUN
I will be revisiting the run after next week.
BIKE
I will try to get out this weekend and do some road riding or mtn. biking. I will probably hit the trails since we have some unseasonably warm weather. So if anyone wants to join me or if you can convince me to do a road workout let me hear it. Either way my butt needs to be on a bike seat sometime this weekend.
Weight: will start being posted on my workout site exclusively.

I will be resting when i get home this evening. And eating my stir fried veggies and tom kha soup.
